CHECK-IN: Key collection is guaranteed from 4:00 PM. Early check-in is available upon request and for a surcharge, starting from 12:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out, including key collection, RFID bracelets, and car pass, is mandatory no later than 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available (subject to availability) for a surcharge until 2:00 PM. After this time, guests will be charged for the additional day (at the applicable rates). Upon check-out, all services related to the stay will end.

Yes, the final cleaning fees are included in the rate. However, the accommodation must be left tidy. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.

Payment
Depending on the selected rate, you can pay online by credit card or bank transfer. Some rates require full payment at the time of booking, while others allow installment payments.
If you can’t access the payment portal, try switching your browser or device. If the payment is declined, check your card’s security settings and spending limit by contacting your bank.

For some rates, the balance is due at the time of booking, while for others, the amount is charged to the provided credit card up to 14 days before arrival, depending on the stay period.
Online Check-in
Online check-in speeds up access to the facility and key collection. After booking confirmation, you will receive an email with credentials to access the platform and enter the details of all participants.

If you are traveling with a minor who is NOT your child, you must submit the minor form, which can be downloaded from the website, completed by the minor’s parents or legal guardians, and the required documents at check-in. Without these documents, minors will not be allowed to stay overnight. A valid identity document is required for all minors (NOT a tax code).
Pets
Small pets (maximum 10 kg) are welcome for a fee and subject to availability of designated mobile homes. Pet fees vary depending on the season. A security deposit of €150.00 is required in cash or by credit card upon check-in and will be refunded after the regular check-out procedure by our staff.
Dogs can walk on the main roads of the campsite but must always be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle. They are not allowed in the supermarket, pool, theater, restrooms, and other marked areas. There are designated spaces where they can run and play freely.
Beach access for dogs is subject to local regulations.
Dogs are allowed at Ristorante Centrale Lido 18 and Lounge Bar.
Pool & Aquapark
Yes, it is included for all guests staying in Mobile Homes, Glamping, and Garden Villa pitches.

Yes, a free shuttle connects the center of the campsite with the more remote areas and the beach. Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask that you always give priority to the elderly and mothers with small children.
