Parco della Gallinara faces out across more than 2 km of free-access beaches with light, fine sand, which gradually slope down to the sea through wide shallows, with a border of attractive dunes – topped with wild plants – that overlooks the shore.
Since summer 2009, Anzio beach has held Blue Flag certification, confirming that it is a non-polluted marine area, with clean seawater.
From down till dusk, the new Lido 18 Beach Club with lifeguard service, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and beach umbrellas, is an enchanting spot for all water sports lovers, from sailing to windsurfing and kitesurfing with the possibility of attending courses organised by local schools.
